According to Article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994, bluetooth headsets, handsfree and board games are not subject to the right of withdrawal for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
This means that they cannot be returned within 14 days of purchase if they have been unsealed after delivery, as they are not eligible for return for the above reasons.
Information about these restrictions is available to consumers during the purchase process, with the corresponding reference on the product page, as well as when submitting a return request.
The warranty we offer ensures the proper functioning of our products for one year from the date of purchase. We undertake to repair or replace the product free of charge in the event of defects due to materials or manufacturing errors.
The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidents, natural disasters or interventions on the product. Does not include wear and tear from external use or damage to consumables.
