WATERPROOF: All smartwatches mention the degree of waterproofness (e.g. IP67, IP68, etc.) in their features. Their categories are summarized below:

Class IP68: waterproof up to 1.5 meters deep and for 30 minutes under certain pressure, not suitable for swimming. During water resistance certification tests, smartwatches remain at the aforementioned depth under ideal conditions, without pressing buttons and without pressures similar to those exerted during swimming or diving. Also, the tests are done at ambient temperature. Hot water or steam can change the conditions.

Caution: *The pressure that develops at the moment it hits the water may be greater than what can eventually the device endures. Dives from a height, open ports before and after contact with water and continuous stay below the surface of water can affect the tightness of the device.
*If moisture is found on the board, it means that the waterproofing of the device has been violated and therefore the device is not covered by the warranty according to what the manufacturer specifies.
*Avoid contact with hot water.

Category IP69: offers the highest protection against water and dust ingress, making it ideal for extremely demanding conditions. This level of protection allows cleaning with high pressure and temperature water, offering complete protection against water ingress from any angle. It is also suitable for swimming, but not diving. Also, while the watch is in the water, the buttons should not be pressed.

Class IP67: waterproof up to 1 meter deep. Recommended for contact with water and temporary submersion, for example when washing dishes. During water resistance certification tests, smartwatches remain at the aforementioned depth under ideal conditions, without pressing buttons and without pressures similar to those exerted during swimming or diving. Also, the tests are done at ambient temperature. Hot water or steam can change the conditions.

Class IP66: waterproof only in accidental contact with water (not hot water).

GOOD PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE (1 year): Our smartwatch performance warranty means that, for one (1) year from the date of purchase, we are committed to repairing or replacing your product free of charge, should any functional or battery problems occur . This warranty covers defects due to materials or manufacturing errors.

It is important to note that the warranty does not cover external wear, breakage, damage caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or damage to the strap. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from tampering with the product, use of incompatible accessories or violations of the instructions for use accompanying the product.

To ensure the warranty, it is recommended to keep the proof of purchase and follow the maintenance and care instructions provided with your smartwatch. 

COMPATIBILITY / FUNCTIONS: Smartwatches are compatible with the majority of Android and iOS devices, and all described functions have been tested and confirmed. App notifications work with most versions. However, especially for the viber app we have noticed that there are some versions that do not support it. In case of incompatibility or if a function does not apply to your device, you have the right to return it within 14 days (with the product in its original condition) by declaring withdrawal (more information in the "Returns Policy"). shopitnow.gr bears no responsibility if the application stops working, changes or removes any feature from the original functions. 

HEALTH / TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENTS: The heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen, sugar and thermometer readings that Smartwatches show are estimates of reality and there may be deviations of up to 15% – 20%. Under no circumstances and no indication can replace a medical tool or its measurements be used for medical advice.

STEP / DISTANCE MEASUREMENTS: Step and distance measurements on smartwatches that DO NOT have built-in GPS are approximate. Results are derived based on wrist movements and may differ from reality. For best results choose a sport when you start the activity. If you want more accuracy in step and distance measurements, choose a smartwatch with built-in GPS. In any case, you have the right to return within 14 days (with the product in its original condition) by declaring a cancellation (more information in the "Returns Policy").

DIMENSIONS & PRODUCT COLORS: 1) Due to the different characteristics and settings of each monitor, the colors of the photos may have deviations from the actual color of the product 2) Because the measurements of the dimensions of the products are done manually, there is a possibility there are deviations up to 1-2cm
